Confidential information collected from you (name, email, phone number, address etc) is retained only for the intended purposes of delivering content, goods and services to you, or if indicated by you, to reply to inquiries you have made or for you to be included in a subscription.

We will never ever share any of your personal details to anyone else.

Credit Card Transactions: All purchases are processed securely by our online payment provider eWAY and no card details are stored.

We will NEVER split payments over multiple cards or process payments where you are not the name on the card. Please do not ask.

If you are having trouble with a card, a bank or method of payment we can connect and arrange a direct transfer or PayPal transfer.

Delivery Policy: 

Once payment is made and approved, you will receive confirmation via email (be sure to check all your inbox options i.e. promotions, spam etc)

Digital Products will be available for download immediately or according to the timing outlined in the product purchased i.e. course modules will be delivered separately or triggered by completion of previous module.

Hard copy books or products will be delivered via post or courier as quickly as possible. Delivery to you will of course depending on your location and quality of postal services. You should expect the following time frames for delivery of hard copy items and products:

Australia 5 to 7 days

International 14 to 21 days (Unfortunately we have experienced longer delivery times to some countries, for express shipping please contact us)

Refund Policy:  

Refunds on purchases are available for

  • Dissatisfaction, the programme or product did not match the description or you didn’t get the outcome you expected after implementing it 100% as suggested in the content.
  • Damage, where a physical product arrives damaged or incomplete we will arrange a replacement asap.
  • Defective, where a physical products arrives and for some reason does not work or has a manufacturing defect we will refund on the purchase or replace it for you.
